I am a Chaplain with The PA Council of Churches. I am the assigned Chaplain at R.B. Winter State Park for the 2023 summer season. I will be holding Sunday Church services at R.B. Winter, at the Whispering Pines Amphitheater, in Mifflinburg, PA from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Church services begin at 10:30am and end at approximately 11:15am.
