Expectations Women’s Center is seeking a full-time (35-40 hours per week) receptionist in the Williamsport Office. Since this is a full-time staff position, health benefits are available.

The receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for clients, donors, and community partners. We’re looking for someone who will:

• ensure professional front-office operations, 
• oversee appointment scheduling and client flow, 
• support administrative functions, and 
• contribute to a welcoming, compassionate environment that aligns with our mission.

Our staff is a close-knit team, so we’re looking for someone who is team-oriented with a servant-leadership mindset. And, of course, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, email, internet research, and database management is important.
