The
Lycoming County Life Chain will be held on Sunday, October 1, 2023,
on the Golden Strip (East Third Street) of Loyalsock Township at 2:30
p.m. All area churches are invited to participate. Since
1987, believers have gathered nationwide on the first Sunday of every
October to prayerfully stand for Life. Stand with thousands of
pro-lifers throughout the USA and Canada in this peaceful, prayerful,
public witness! This
is our 32^nd
year
locally, 36^th
year nationally.

LIFE
CHAIN is a visual statement of solidarity by the Christian
community that abortion kills children, hurts women and men, and that
the Church supports the sanctity of human life from the moment of
conception to natural death. There
will be stations set-up along the Golden Strip at 2:00 p.m. where you
can pick up your Life Chain signs that are backprinted with Prayer
Topics, Songs of Meditation, the Life Chain Code of Conduct, and a
statement on The Purpose of LIFE CHAIN.
