This year Grace Community Church in Herndon will mark the 15th
production of “Walk Through Bethlehem”. Through this interactive
program, individuals and families are able to simulate a journey back through
time and experience for themselves, what it was like for Mary and Joseph as
they traveled to Bethlehem long ago. The Christmas story will unfold from the
beginning of the pilgrimage, through Bethlehem’s marketplace and finally to the
scene of the manger where the true meaning of Christmas will again be revealed.

“Four Tickets to Christmas” is set December 1, 1905, and the company of the Syracuse Family Playhouse is performing the finale to their Christmas show.   As the performance concludes, the Richmonds prepare to catch a train for Philadelphia and a holiday singing engagement.  

At the last minute the Richmonds’ engagement is canceled.  So, the family ends up traveling to Henry’s hometown in Riverview, Pennsylvania.  The family’s arrival delights Henry’s mother Eleanor but quickly reveals a long-term tension between Henry and his father, Chester.  

This musical is a message of forgiveness and how God works in our lives and restores relationships.  Come to David’s Community Bible Church, 1072 State Route 25, Millersburg, PA 17061 on Dec 6, Dec7, and Dec 8 at 7pm nightly.   This is a FREE production for the entire family.

Poverty makes it arduous for struggling families to access their most basic of needs like food and water, let alone gifts for the holidays. So, as the holidays arrive, some parents are faced with some disconcerting choices from paying the rent, food on the table, new winter clothes or presents for their children. Your support during these most challenging of circumstances can help us provide parents with hope and joy for their families this holiday season.

‘Journey to Bethlehem’ at Stillwater Christian Church

Stillwater Christian Church will present “Journey to Bethlehem: A Christmas Walk-Through” on December 13th, 14th & 15th from 6 – 8 pm.

This indoor event is free to the public and is handicapped accessible.

Angels will guide visitors through the streets of Nazareth and Bethlehem as they witness the unfolding of the story of the very first Christmas.

We will be honoring our fallen veterans of Montour County by placing a wreath at their gravesite.  We want to remember the fallen, honor those who serve and teach our children the value of freedom.  We will be laying almost 2800 wreaths at all cemeteries in Montour County.  Our ceremony will take place on 12/14 at 12:00 at Odd Fellows/St Joseph cemetery.  Included will be our American Legion Honor guard, Danville HS members of the band and choir, boy and girl Scouts of Montour county, members of each military branch concluding with bagpipers to serenade us.  Lots of volunteers are needed to place wreaths at our 40 cemeteries in Montour County.

Kingdom Kid z Inc. announces their December SafeKIDZ program will be held on December 14, 1-4 PM and is free to all children, young people and their parents.  It includes a puppet show, snacks, crafts, popcorn, and many activities to highlight their creativity.

These events are held at their Puppet HOME, 11 Third St, Watsontown.  All the SafeKIDZ activities are free of charge and open to the public (children and accompanying adults as well as youth).

This Christmas, Beavertown God’s Missionary Church invites YOU to experience the true spirit of the season through its annual Christmas Program, “The Christmas Prodigal”. Live Nativity @ Middlecreek Farms

Bring the whole family to experience “The King in the Cradle,” this year’s Live Nativity at Middle Creek Farms. Step back in time with live music, animals, and actors as you journey through “Bethlehem” to discover the wonder of the newborn King and the true meaning of Christmas.
