Come to the Snyder County Farmers Winter Meeting on Friday, February

Hope Collective of Mifflin County is hosting Night to Shine
on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 6 – 9 p.m. in Lewistown, PA.  Night to Shine is a worldwide movement and
prom night experience, sponsored by the Tim Tebow
Foundation, that celebrates people with special needs (ages 16 ) by
honoring them with a fun, inclusive evening centered on God’s love.  Guests enjoy a red carpet entrance, dancing,
catered dinner, hair/makeup,
and limousine rides, with volunteers serving as buddies to ensure everyone

Night to Shine is a world-wide prom night experience for people with special needs. The event, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation aims to celebrate the worth and value of every individual as a king or queen in God’s eyes. 

This is Mifflin County’s first Night to Shine event and we need volunteers to register before 12/5/2025. Our biggest need for volunteers is Buddies, which will accompany one of our honored guests for the evening.

An exciting and vivid demonstration showing how Jesus
fulfilled the ancient feast of Passover will be held on February 15, 2026 at
Mifflinburg United Methodist Church. The church, located on the corner of Third
& Market Streets, will host “Messiah in the Passover”, a visual
presentation by Efraim Goldstein, Chosen People Ministries.

“Messiah in the Passover”
begins with the traditional Passover Seder table—complete with all the elements
of this important Jewish celebration. The symbolism of the Passover feast and its
relationship to the Last Supper will be explained, with special emphasis on the
redemptive importance of the Crucifixion.

“Messiah in the Passover” offers
the Christian community insight into Jewish traditions so that the Jewish roots
and common heritage of Christianity can be better understood by both
communities.

This presentation is open to the public. Everyone is
welcome to attend!  A love offering will

Jesus Nights returns for a FREE one-night only worship experience!
An evening designed for the whole community, offered by the church leadership of the larger Milton, PA area.

The purpose of Jesus Nights is to call people to the feet of Jesus, where we believe life change happens. Jesus Nights events are built in His presence with speakers & content that draw people/churches to be centered around Jesus instead of empty religion, competitive entertainment culture, programs, or church buildings. It is a call to “full life” in Christ as described in John 10:10 in the Bible.

Our prayer is to demonstrate a biblical model including: Christ-centered worship, biblical teaching, honest confession, Communion, baptism, healing, & spiritual deliverance. Centered in God’s presence for encouragement, power, healing & deliverance.

Jesus Night Kids is kid-specific programming onsite for kids thru 5th Grade. Kids will enjoy activities and events planned to have loads of fun and to learn more about loving Jesus. Includes crafts, games, & energized musical worship in a safe & fun environment. All volunteers vetted & background-checked. 

Who should come to Jesus Nights?

• Anyone looking for hope in a broken world, whether or not they attend a church or have a relationship with Jesus Christ
• Kids up thru 5th grade should come with their families to enjoy Jesus Nights Kids
• The person who doesn’t go to church or feel connected to God
• The person seeking healing–physical, mental, or emotional
• The oppressed individual in need of deliverance
• Anyone seeking greater purpose in this life
• Anyone feeling spiritual emptiness or a lack of genuine faith
• The worshipper who longs to pour their oil on the feet of Jesus
• The Christian who is hungry for more of Jesus and His Word, and less empty religion
• The Church person longing to be unified with the larger body of Christ
• The child or teen who is longing for more of Jesus in their life and to connect with some good friends
• The pastor who feels tired, worn out, or who is struggling
• The worship musician who is drained from “performing” and wants to genuinely experience the presence of the Lord

Step 2  – Make an appointment to meet with Emily and tour the Meadowbrook Campus.  As part of the tour, you will see the Preschool classrooms and our Preschool Extended Care.  

Step 3 – Schedule an appointment for your child to take the Preschool Placement Screening (JRK and KDG only).  You may schedule your tour to be done the same day as the screening if you choose.

Step 4  –  Once you are accepted, you will need to make payment arrangements, either cash or check.

Step 5  – After you know the results of the placement screening, finalize enrollment by completing the Online Enrollment Form that will be sent to you through email.

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank is holding its annual
Ladles of Love fundraiser on Friday, February 20th. Preorder your quart of soup
now and pick it up hot and fresh, along with dinner rolls and cookies, at the
Holiday Inn Express in downtown Williamsport.  Soups crafted by
our partnering restaurants include Misty Mountain Farm Pork and three bean chili,
clam chowder, tomato basil, mushroom bisque, gumbo, and Italian wedding soup.
Thanks to these and other generous community partners, 100 percent of the
proceeds of each $25 quart sold will help provide neighbors with 100 meals.

He will equip and encourage us to feel comfortable and encouraged to talk about the pro life topics wit others. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided.

To keep the playing field fair and safe for everyone, please follow these equipment guidelines:

• BYO Blaster: Bring your favorite Nerf gun from home.

• No Batteries Allowed: To ensure a level playing field, battery-operated or automated blasters are NOT permitted. Manual/spring-action blasters only!

• Leave Darts at Home: We will provide all the darts you need. Please do not bring your own to ensure none of yours get lost or mixed up.

• Eye Protection: Safety is our priority. Eye protection is required, but please note it will not be provided—so be sure to bring your own goggles or glasses!
