Selinsgrove Elementary Good News Club is a fun time of thrilling Bible stories, suspenseful missionary stories, lively singing, and awesome learning games. Join us on Wednesdays from 3:00 – 4:20pm (unless school is canceled or dismissed early for bad weather) All students in the Selinsgrove Elementary School (even homeschooled) are welcomed to attend. Step 1 – Fill out our Inquiry Form.Then, Director of Admissions,  Emily Hoke, (570.284.8322 or at emily.hoke@mcslions.org) will reach out to you. 

Step 2  – Make an appointment to meet with Emily and tour the Meadowbrook Campus.  As part of the tour, you will see the Preschool classrooms and our Preschool Extended Care.  

Step 3 – Schedule an appointment for your child to take the Preschool Placement Screening (JRK and KDG only).  You may schedule your tour to be done the same day as the screening if you choose.

Step 4  –  Once you are accepted, you will need to make payment arrangements, either cash or check.

Step 5  – After you know the results of the placement screening, finalize enrollment by completing the Online Enrollment Form that will be sent to you through email.

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank is holding its annual
Ladles of Love fundraiser on Friday, February 20th. Preorder your quart of soup
now and pick it up hot and fresh, along with dinner rolls and cookies, at the
Holiday Inn Express in downtown Williamsport.  Soups crafted by
our partnering restaurants include Misty Mountain Farm Pork and three bean chili,
clam chowder, tomato basil, mushroom bisque, gumbo, and Italian wedding soup.
Thanks to these and other generous community partners, 100 percent of the
proceeds of each $25 quart sold will help provide neighbors with 100 meals.

Boyer Mennonite Church, 1472 West Ridge Road will be hosting a Winter Night of Worship featuring local band, Wander No More, on Friday, February 20th at 7:00 p.m..  Admission is free, but an offering will be received to help cover the evening’s expenses.  Questions?  Feel free to contact Pastor Matt at 570-540-6067.

Monthly Mission Breakfast with choice of sausage, scrapple, bacon, eggs, over easy or scrambled, breakfast potatoes, French toast, wheat or white, pancakes, plain or strawberry chocolate, fresh fruit, baked goods, coffee, cocoa, tea, water and orange or apple juice.  Donations benefit Numidia ministerium heating fund.  

Walking Free Clubhouse is hosting a Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser to help keep our doors open and providing services.  On the menu is Spaghetti, sauce, meatballs, salad, rolls, deserts, and beverages. The cost of dinner is – Adults $10; kids 5 to 12 years old $5; kids 4 and under is free. There will be a 50/50 drawing. Please come out and support us.

Scott Klusendorf (pro life activist and author) will be speaking and teaching us how to have pro life conversations within our daily lives. He will equip and encourage us to feel comfortable and encouraged to talk about the pro life topics wit others. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided.

Lock and load! Join us for an adrenaline-fueled Nerf Night on February 28, 2026. Get ready to transform into a tactical pro as we take over the arena for an evening of high-energy foam combat, strategy, and glowing battles.

The Action

Prepare for a rotation of heart-pounding games, including:

• Capture the Flag: Work with your squad to infiltrate enemy territory.

• Target Contests: Put your precision to the test for a chance to win awesome prizes.

• Glow Games: The lights go down and the neon comes out for a high-stakes “lights out” battle!
  Fuel Up

Halfway through the action, we’ll take a tactical timeout for a pizza break to refuel and talk strategy for the final rounds.

Important Gear Rules

To keep the playing field fair and safe for everyone, please follow these equipment guidelines:

• BYO Blaster: Bring your favorite Nerf gun from home.

• No Batteries Allowed: To ensure a level playing field, battery-operated or automated blasters are NOT permitted. Manual/spring-action blasters only!

• Leave Darts at Home: We will provide all the darts you need. Please do not bring your own to ensure none of yours get lost or mixed up.

• Eye Protection: Safety is our priority. Eye protection is required, but please note it will not be provided—so be sure to bring your own goggles or glasses!
