Stephanie hails from… well, everywhere? If you throw a dart on the map in the southern regions of the US, you’ll most likely hit a place she’s lived. She first moved to Central PA in the early 2000s for college. She graduated from Susquehanna University with a BA in Communication, specifically broadcasting. Later, she earned her MA in PR and Advertising.
Stephanie has been involved with WGRC for years in a variety of roles, including servicing as a board member for a one-year stint. Prior to coming on staff, she worked a range of positions from bank teller to candle store manager.
Stephanie has such a heart for people and working in a nonprofit environment. In July 2018, she had the chance to go to Guatemala on a disaster relief missions trip from the Volcano Fuego. This amazing trip was life-changing and renewed her compassion for people. When she came back from that trip, Stephanie started praying for the right place in a nonprofit. A little more than a year later, WGRC came along.
Excited doesn’t even start to describe how Stephanie feels about joining the WGRC team. She knows God has many great opportunities in store with this new career.
