This winter WGRC will implement a new process for the submission of weather related announcements. Our goal is to streamline the submission process and make the information more readily available via the WGRC website. To submit future closings and cancellations to WGRC we will need to assign your organization with a username and password for website submission. Please use the form below to sign up for this process. We ask that you do not hesitate to sign up now if you plan to continue to use WGRC for weather related closings and cancellations. You will need your specific username and password to access the submission form that will be used during weather events.
**Please note this is not the procedure for regular school delays and cancellations on WGRC, this is for events outside of regular school closings**
