Larry says he appreciates being a part of a ministry that is daily impacting lives for the Kingdom. One of his favorite scriptures is Romans 8:38-39,"for I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

David Moyer (Sunbury), Vice-Chairman
David lives in Sunbury with his wife Rebekah and their two children Megan and Micah. David is part owner/operator of the family business Benjamin T. Moyer furniture store in Sunbury, PA. One thing David appreciates about WGRC is hearing a song that ministers to his heart. The songs have truth that help through the work day. David is a devoted Petra fan for 16 years and also enjoys tennis and volleyball. One Scripture that encourages him is Micah 6:8 (which is where his son's name comes from) "he has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to
walk humbly with your God".

Scott Hurst (Middleburg), Treasurer
Scott lives in Middleburg with his wife Terri and their three children Nick, Megan and Julie. In 1994, Scott joined Bingaman&Son Lumber located in Kreamer, PA and is now their Chief Financial Officer. Scott is challenged by the book of James, especially James 1:2-3 which says, “My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” He is thankful for the ministry of WGRC which provides family-friendly, Christ-centered music and an avenue for local ministries to announce their events.

My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one shall snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one".
Other Directors
Gary Clark (Linden)
Gary works for the Department of Justice-Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Program Manager Specialist. Some of Gary's special interests are volunteering, coaching baseball, basketball and football. He also volunteers in the Dominican Republic four times a year helping poor impoverished communities. His favorite Scripture is Ephesians 2:10, "We are His work of art". When it comes to WGRC Gary says he appreciates the staff and their willingness to serve the community. "Integrity counts for a lot and I have full confidence in the integrity of all those who work for WGRC. The programming is a side benefit which is second to none. The message is clear and says what it means and means what it says. The music and the messages always build you up and helps motivate and give you purpose for living. IT'S THE BEST STATION!"

Doug Shumaker (Northumberland)
Doug was born and raised in Central PA and is the President of Shumaker Industries, which manufactures drums and replacement parts for concrete mixers. Doug first began to wish that this area had a Contemporary Christian music station as he traveled around the country during the 70's and 80's. Today Doug says WGRC "is an exciting ministry to be a part of because it reaches people who may not be attending church. Most everybody listens to radio at sometime and WGRC is able to give them good music with a positive message."
Cindy Hokenbrough (Mt. Pleasant Mills)
Cindy has enjoyed listening to WGRC since it first came on the air almost 20 years ago. "I was so grateful to find a source for Godly insights and encouragement during those years as a young wife and mother." As a returning board member after several years on hiatus, she has been encouraged to see how the outreach of WGRC has grown. Cindy loves teaching third grade at Middleburg Elementary School and helping her husband, Marlin, with his trucking business. Many years ago she chose her life verses and has seen God always faithful in His promises. Proverbs 3:5,6 say, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight."

Larry Weidman (Lewisburg)
Larry’s vision for a contemporary Christian radio station in Central Pennsylvania grew out of his interest in radio as a young person and coming to understand how radio is an effective tool in communicating the Christian way of life. Larry, in addition to being the general manager, hosts the morning show and is the primary host of the award-winning WGRC talk-show, “The Matter At Hand.” Larry brings a unique perspective to radio having been raised on a dairy farm near Millville and spending fourteen years in the dairy and food processing industry. Larry’s radio career began in 1966 at WPGM in Danville. He is a 1976 graduate of the University of South Carolina and worked as a news and public affairs director at WMHK in Columbia, South Carolina for four years, before returning to Central PA in 1980.
